Commonwealth Addiction Treatment Center offers patients the option to finance their procedure, through Reliance Finance Company. Patient financing was created for people who don't want to tie up their traditional credit sources with medical debt or those who simply can't afford to pay out-of-pocket healthcare charges atone time. It's no longer necessary to delay a surgical procedure that you really want, nor worry about the inability to pay for treatment. Health Ready allows you to make low monthly payments over an extended period of time.

NOTE: Due to the type of procedure, the patient is required to have a co-signer and the approval for financing is determined in part on the information submitted by the co-applicant.

Commonwealth Addiction Treatment Center, LLC does not accept insurance. Payment is accepted in the form of cash, credit card or automatic debit card at the time of services rendered;
